Meet Paula
Paula Sanderson is an emerging Canadian television producer with extensive experience in factual entertainment and unscripted content.
She is currently the Social Media Manager for Frantic Films/CBC’s hit show Still Standing.
With an eye for authentic storytelling, she has a passion for people – finding and working with the best possible contributors, cast members, and hosts.
As an MBA Candidate at TMU’s Ted Rogers School of Management, Paula brings strategic vision and innovative ideas, and transformational leadership to her projects.

Besides experience with CBC and Frantic Films, Paula has worked with many leading Canadian media companies including DHX, Marble Media, Insight Productions, Breakthrough Entertainment, Three Film and TV, and Blue Ant Media.
She is particularly proud of producing a radio documentary for CBC’s The Sunday Edition about Ontario’s butter tart competitions and her year working at SickKids Hospital as a producer and host on The Skoop.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Journalism, Honours from the University of King’s College and a Postgraduate Certificate in Television Writing and Producing from Humber College.
She is an active member of Women in Film and Television Toronto and is currently on the WIFT-T Membership Committee. She strongly believes in the value of women supporting other women and is very passionate about the work this organization does.
Paula is also an avid photographer.
Outside of work, Paula leads programming with Girl Guides of Canada and is a media mentor for their youth spokespersons program. She also volunteers with Amici Camping Charity, Campfire Circle, and SeriousFun Camps.
